The man from the service department came right out to look at it, and said they would need to order a new controller (under warranty), but that it would only take a couple of days. I told him I had made arrangements to bring my car in for a sunroof installation, so he coordinated to fix my window controller at the same time.

Brandon was kind enough to arrive at work early on the day I dropped my car off for the sunroof, so that I could pick up my loaner car (which was also a lovely car) and get to work on time. That was above and beyond, and very much appreciated.

My sunroof was installed and my window fixed the day before they were promised, and they did a wonderful job.

Overall, my experience with Royal Moore was the very best car buying experience I have had, and I would definitely recommend them. I'll also be returning to them FIRST, the next time I'm looking for a car.

The service department was also fantastic. They were very helpful and professional--which left me feeling confident that my car would be well taken care of. I've always shied away from having regular maintenance done at the dealer, but I will definitely be taking my car into this dealer's service department for every single oil change or repair moving forward.
