Best experience I have ever had buying a car, proactive customer service and followup by far exceeded my expecxtaions. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car. In fact I drove over 100 miles and two other Porsche dealerships to buy from Auto gallery Woodland Hills. I am A cusotmer for lIfe.
As a car enthusiast, I'm quite picky when it comes to selecting the dealership from which I may purchase or lease my vehicles. Coming from a family that shares these feelings, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Walter's Porsche and with our sales rep John Beech. From the moment we walked in, we were at ease and the customer service was second to none. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, John respected our space and didn't pressure us in the least. Even when there was quite literally another interested party standing and waiting for us to leave so they could pick up the car, John never rushed us or pushed us to make a decision. My mother ended up settling on a 2014 Cayman Guards Red and she couldn't be more pleased. Our entire family highly recommends Walter's Porsche and John in particular. We didn't view him as someone trying to pull the blinds over our eyes just to make a sale; rather, he was open and honest. The entire transaction was pleasant and quick and they nailed the price we had in our head. They deserve 5 star ratings in all categories. Go with Walter's Porsche and John Beech. You won't be disappointed.
