I gave this dealership the rating I did because of my experience in purchasing a vehicle from them compared to the several dealerships I have dealt with over the past 40+ years. Most of the dealers I have dealt with in the past are only interested in selling you a vehicle and were not considerate to my needs and expectations. It was so much more enjoyable to deal with Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque.

I have every ounce of confidence that as I re-visit this dealership for service to the 2010 Mercedes SLK300 that I will receive the same genuine courteous, professional and understanding whenever I take the vehicle in for service or have questions and/or concerns. I feel very confident that this dealership will listen and understand my concerns or questions and will do everything within their abilities to satisfy all of my needs and concerns.
