It's not uncommon for Ferraris to sell over the infamous $1 million dollar mark.

In fact, it just seems to be less of a rarity even though I think the general consensus of the global economy is "in the toilet."

Well, just adding to that growing list of cars selling for outrageous figures is a Ferrari Testarossa Spyder though this is the revamped 512 TR. This model is one of the later variety, being a 1994 and here's where things get interesting.

Not too long ago we posted a video of a drop-top Testarossa in SoCal. While that vehicle looked to be more of a Straman conversion, this 1994 512 TR appears to be a Pininfarina one-off done without official recognition by Ferrari.

Really though that's just a bit of speculation as there is incredibly limited and conflicting information from a variety of sources.

This particular car only has 31 delivery miles on it, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your perspective.
