It's amazing how the sports car market is alive and humming again. Just think of all the options one has under $150,000 these days.

There's the iconic Porsche 911, the retro-inspired Mercedes-AMG GT, the Jaguar F-Type, American powerhouse Chevrolet Corvette, Audi R8, BMW M6 and more. It's a great day to car shop if this the need you're looking to fill.

It's hard to argue that there's better options than the Porsche 911 and Mercedes-AMG GT though. Both are German. Both are exceedingly well built. And both have a timeless design.

While I believe there's an ass for every seat and there's "different strokes for different folks," there is one great equalizer. That would be the drag race.
