This wouldn't be the first time we've seen a publication square up a couple models from an automaker and see which is better. This time, however, it's a bit different. That's because Evo decided to scrap together a Ferrari F40, the 458 Speciale and 488 GTB.
Now any one can see why the 458 Speciale and 488 GTB should go head-to-head. Not only will it be interesting to see how similar they are — some elements are shared — it will be intriguing to see which wins over the reviewer's heart. Will it be the naturally aspirated F car or the twin-turbocharged one?
Here's where it gets a bit nutty though. By tossing in the F40, we're talking about a car that features what's now being described as "analogue" technology. This means it's old school — equipped with a manual and no power steering. Don't sleep on it though, keep in mind that the F40 was stupid fast and still is by modern standards.
