After being on a hiatus for several years, GM will introduce the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro next year.

The concept made its debut in 2006 at the Detroit Auto Show but the production version isn’t set to arrive in dealerships until spring of 2009. While we keep seeing spy shots every now and then, everyone is still wondering what the powertrain lineup will consist of.

According to Road&Track, who attempts take a crack at solving the mystery, the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro coupe and convertible will come in three trim levels including an LS, LT and SS.
