Not too long ago, Audi brought out its first-gen RS3 hatchback. It was an impressive piece of kit but how would the four rings follow up one of the sportiest hatches on offer?

That's where the second-gen RS3 comes into play.

Featuring a forced induction 2.5-liter five cylinder good for 362 horsepower mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch 'box, this little hot hatch has some serious grunt. So much, in fact, it's faster than a Porsche 911 according to our friends at XCAR.

The video specialists from abroad recently spent some time with a bright blue example of the RS3 and though we have yet to hear if we'll receive it stateside, we're thinking it's a fat chance. Unless, of course, Audi of America pushes for an RS3 sedan.
