The Tesla (TSLA) Model X debuted last night to much fan fare and a lot of excited eyeballs. If you're familiar with the now aging Model S, it seems like it pretty much delivered on all points.

It's stupid fast, it's laden with great technology and it even boasts some firsts — namely it's the first all-electric production sport-utility vehicle.

Although it seems like the company is really marketing this as a smart family buy with the X's biohazard mode, as well as emphasis on safety, we're thinking this is going to be the "must have" auto of 2016. Not only are people fascinated with the massive center screen but now with the Falcon Doors we're thinking people are going to love rolling up to their posh destination and putting on a show.

Having said that, I wanted you all to check out the very first impressions from The Verge.

Another thing I have to point out: check out that windshield that extends into the roof. That thing is HUGE. Or, in the words of Donald Trump "uuUUuuGE!"

We had an early chance to drive the Model X, Tesla’s first new car in years. Come take a ride with us.
