A vast improvement over the previous generation. The heavily sculpted sides add just the right amount of aggression. The interior looks better and, best of all, the 'Vette finally shed the outdated B pillar in favor of sleeker, more contemporary roof design. What cheapens the overall design is a lack of refinement at the rear. The tail light surround is a bit tacky. The Camaro's tail lights actually appear more premium than what we have here. The spoiler seems to be an afterthought rather than integrated into the design. Overall, the rear end just appears overwrought. A few curves to compliment the sharp angles and creases would've contributed to a more premium, timeless aesthetic.— MBCLS07 (View Profile)

Though it does away with several 'iconic' Corvette styling elements e.g. round tali lights, wrap-around rear windows et al, I still find it Stunning!— Nostradamus (View Profile)

The rear is a bit "Hot-wheels/juvenile", but it's a Corvette in the most important way--it will offer super-car performance at a price that will embarrass cars costing twice as much.Looks like they addressed the interior short-comings, too. Switchgear on the inside needs to be exclusively Corvette, and not pieces from the Silverado. — irishmike (View Profile)

It okay I guess. I like the new front headlights but does have similarity with the Dodge Viper SRT headlights which isn't a bad thing. Nothing stunning or special. Look like any other muscles cars out there. But I'm pretty it will be a really fun car to drive for sure.— Lexus (View Profile)

What a joke! Sure americans are good at video games and electronic nonsense, (and eating lol) but MANUFACTURING, is dominated by SmartEuros and SmartAsians. Really, who would buy this car of money wasn't the issue? And if they did, who wouldn't do such a thing strictly to compensate for macho? — 1CarSmart1 (View Profile)

Definitely an improvement, a little busy here and there, but overall I'd give it a THUMBS UP. Finally, a car that hits most of the right notes. My criticisms:1. Tail lights a little busy2. Front air dam too Camaro like3. Hood vents unnecessary 4. Interior dash/layout/buttons are very disappointing (needs Cadillac touch)If properly cleaned up and polished, the Cadillac version of this car may end up being the "classic".— quizz (View Profile)

The rear was definitely designed by a second team that was totally out of synchronicity with the rest of the car. It is like a woman with a great rack and a really hideous hard on the eyes butt.— skytop (View Profile)

Not a vette man but the front and side profiles kick it. Looking at the ass I keep thinking that its going to change into a transformer at any moment.... The back end screws up/cheapens an otherwise killer sled. — thomas (View Profile)

I admit it...I was WRONG This is Much better than I ExpectedOn the other hand...isn't that the same A pillar as the old Vette? Which may mean that the beauty may only be skin deep.— TheDepressingTruth (View Profile)

This C7 Vette is another game changer in terms of sports car value. Imagine, for the cost of a Boxter, you can have a 450 HP redone Vette. No contest. This car will out perform a std 911 for 2/3 the price or more. The interior is a major improvement, although not a fan of the red treatment wrapped around the dash. The rear looks a little busy, but the overall look is aggressive, and more like a supercar for a fraction of the price! A+ Imagine if this is the base car, what the higher end versions will be like?!— autobroker (View Profile)

While not a fan of the red interior trim overall this car is vast improvement over the C6.The sharp edging of the body hark back to the Mako Shark concept that previewed the 68 "coke bottle" Vette. There is also a bit of the C2 in the design details.Unlike a lot of people I don't have any issue with the square rear tail lamps. Further I like the way the rear is cordoned off into 2 sections. Some of the previous generations (C4 and C5) had very large and "bulbouse" rear ends. The interior architecture remind me of the new Jaguar F Type(which is no bad thing). This should be quite a car. If it drives half as good as it looks and the electric steering actually has some road feel I think then it's a winner.— mini22 (View Profile)
