If you were to ask us, it seems like Nissan's luxury division is at a weird place in time. It seems almost lost since the launch of its Q50 sedan.

Perhaps it was the nomenclature change that has everyone — still — confused, or maybe it was the all-new Q50's steering that turned off buyers and reviewers alike. What we do know is that the company needs to get its footing, quickly.

We're thinking the all-new, soon-to-be-seen Q30 will be that product.

That's because in concept form it looked stellar and we all know that buyers are eagerly seeking out entry-level luxury compact sport-utility vehicles. Infiniti released one official picture of the Q30 previously and it seems the brand's U.K. operation released a second image this week via its Twitter account. It was pulled down.

Infiniti is readying its entry-level compact car for its official debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, and released this new image last night on its U.K. Twitter account.

The image doesn’t really show us anything new, as we’ve already been exposed to the sleek hatchback in official photos before. The car looks quite similar to the not-for-North-America Mercedes-Benz A-Class, which is natural, since it shares quite a few parts with the German car.
