Jaguar will launch new entry level models likely to be all-aluminum, according to media reports.

The range will include a compact sedan, a wagon and a crossover SUV, the Financial Times reported today. "This is a massive leap forward for Jaguar. It's the big investment that the brand desperately needs," the paper quoted a source as saying.

The new cars will go on sale in the second half of 2015, Reuters also reported today, citing sources close to the company.

The Jaguars would rival cars such as the BMW 3 series and Mercedes C class.

AutoSpies.com would like to use this announcement as a platform for recommending a name to the fresh Prince born today in London.

We say pull a Kanye and name him Jag-YOU-ARE.
