Whoosh! What was that? All you can see now is the tail lights of some rocket that just passed you at over 100 mph. If it is a current Corvette or a GT-R the distinctive tail lights give you an instant clue as to the lineage of the beast. The same used to be said of the Chevrolet Camaro until now.Take a look at the rear lights on the new Z28 to see what I mean. Gone are the distinctive quad tail lamps, substituted with a blander corporate set. Somehow they just don't fit in with the rest of the design. Almost old school Acura comes to mind. Come to think of it the whole rear end is a jumbled mess of different colors and broken lines. Even the front end is even beginning to look almost Mustang-ish.Did the designers at Chevrolet miss the boat when updating this time around? Could a grade-schooler have done a better job?2013 New York Auto Show Photo Gallery AutoSpies.com is ranked #1 on Google for auto show photos!2013 New York Auto Show Photo Gallery
