When we first heard about the Rolls-Royce Wraith, which made its debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, we were intrigued. Finally, I had my first chance to meet the 'ol girl at the 2013 New York Auto Show.

Sporting a two-tone paint job with silver on the top and blue on the bottom, I have to say this may be one of the first times I've ever REALLY liked a two-tone Roller. To me, a two-tone Rolls just seems to SCREAM "I am 99 going on 100."

This though? This looks proper.

While the fastback design will take some getting used to, overall I think I am sold. Never thought I'd say that.

But this begs another question: Does a sporty Rolls-Royce make sense? Isn't that the antithesis of what the brand is about?
