It’s not a secret anymore that Nissan is working hard on the next-generation GT-R sports car but it appears that the so-called Godzilla could even go electric.
According to Nissan’s chief operating officer, Toshiyuki Shiga, the market is shifting and aims to become more more environmentally friendly and that’s why the Japanese manufacturer could consider a 100 per cent electric vehicle a sports car (as you may know already, Lexus is also working on a LFA Plug-In Hybrid). Apparently, Nissan the already developed Infinity hybrid cars are considered quite exciting by Toshiyuki Shiga.
