Volkswagen's Bugatti is known for producing some of the most extravagant and unique custom vehicles in the world. While there's plenty of rich company racing history, these days their products are just decadent.

I recall a Top Gear episode where they revealed that the price of the Veyron's magnesium wiper stalks are about that of a Volkswagen Golf.

So, it only makes sense that this year's Quail Event — held yesterday — would mark the debut of Bugatti's near-production Chiron. We're not sure what isn't exactly final but from what we can tell it's looking pretty good to go.

The example Bugatti brought was bathed in blue carbon fiber and a supple red leather interior. Personally, I am loving the milled metal interior bits and matte carbon fiber trim.

Not sure about you, boys and girls, but I am really liking the Chiron over the Veyron. What say you, Spies?
