Porsche releases first official Panamera teaser
Porsche today showed its first official teaser of the upcoming four-door Panamera Gran Turismo. While it’s not much (and it happens to be a computer rendering), it’s the first official look at the much-anticipated sedan from Stuttgart - and don’t worry, you’ll get more as time goes on.

Starting Sept 15, Porsche will launch its Panamera Online Magazine at www.porsche.com/panamera offering visitors info and teaser images. Porsche will also use the site to gauge the interest of potential customers and will start snail mail spamming them with goodies.

An advertising campaign for the Panamera will launch...

Teaser? We've been teased for so long with spy photos in various states of disguise - I feel like it should be time for the mid-cycle refresh already. The only thing we haven't been shown is the interior.

I think the air has been let out of this balloon already. YAWN.

Would not call this a teaser as much as some kind of advertisement or billboard to be put up.

Almost seems they are afraid to show the rest of it lol!

This has become Porsches new Camaro as I stated before because it has been in development for so long and we have seen so many pictures of it, the excitement is gone. And from the pictures I've seen, it's another Porsche flop.

Hmmm.

Reminds me of "the troll underneath the bridge", and all the good-looking people can't help but point and laugh.

It's not quite the same as the Camaro, which was shown in almost complete form way too early, because GM needed the buzz and had to react to Ford's success with the current Mustang. Porsche really only showed that one profile teaser shot - also, way too early - but that was it. The rest have been spy shots. Part of the reason that it seems like old news is that spy photographers have gotten better and, I assume, more plentiful, because there's a much bigger market for it now - as we know, the internet is loaded with car enthusiast sites. Now that there are so many more outlets in which to see the spy shots so often, it's gotten old. Car makers need to keep the disguises on their cars for longer periods of time.

As for this car itself, I hardly care anymore.

At least they are teasing the front (aka good) end. If they showed that strange hatchback rear, it would crush any excitement.

Love the front end but I just cannot make myself like the rest of what I've seen so far. Im really worried about this car.
