The hot topic lately with Porsche has been the upcoming Cajun, which is intended to be a baby Porsche aimed at a younger demographic. Considering the company has said it should be "Light and easy to handle," we can't knock it if it lives up to Porsche's core values.

However, we're pretty sure purists are not too happy about it. Think of it this way: if there isn't something like the Cajun, Cayenne and Panamera there to bring cash in to keep cars like the 911 and 917 in production and under development, then Porsche would fail to exist.

Porsche has confirmed construction of its new Cajun baby SUV will take place in Leipzig.

The firm will extend the facility where the Cayenne and Panamera models are currently built to accommodate the Cajun, leading to the creation of more than 1000 jobs...
