It’s confirmed that at least one two-door Mini concept will be displayed at the Frankfurt Auto Show next month.

Mini has two concepts in the works — a two-passenger coupe and an open-top speedster – but it is unknown which model will debut first. Both concepts are said to be based on Mini’s R57 platform. Incidentally, the production version of the Mini crossover will also debut in Frankfurt. It’s speculated that the company may bring along a two-seat concept to give the impression that a Mini is still all about having fun behind the wheel.
