In the past 12 months, Audi has teased its upcoming all-electric sport-utility vehicle now known as the Q6. Although we've only seen a shadowy image of what's to come, some artists have decided to try and detail what may be coming from the four rings.

Expected to debut in concept form at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA), the Q6 may look a bit like this. Imagine a Q5 that's become far more edgy and futuristic. That means squinty LED lighting for the headlights and taillights, as well as an all-new flat front grille treatment for aerodynamic purposes.

While the vehicle's greenhouse appears largely similar to what one would expect of any mid-size luxury SUV, there will be an extremely raked windscreen a la the Porsche Macan.

Although not much is really known about the upcoming Q6, we do know it will face tough competition. That's because by the time the Q6 hits the market place, we're sure that Tesla's Model X will be on the road. Considering the success of the Model S, it's a big deal that TSLA will be rolling out its much anticipated all-electric SUV.

Stay tuned for the latest!
