Now, you've seen the all-new 2012 BMW M5, and it's a looker. And although you've gotten a pretty good idea of the upcoming M6 coupe/convertible, no official pictures have been released. Granted, there are so many spy photographs out there I don't think there's much to see there.
One car that we're eagerly anticipating is the 6-Series Gran Coupe. Considering we've seen some new spy images of that vehicle and BMW hasn't been shying away from M'ing its products, it's safe to say that an M6 Gran Coupe could be possible.
Hell, even you guys said to just imagine the Gran Coupe with an M kit.
So someone did.
Thanks to Roger Lighterness we've got an artist's rendering of what an M6 Gran Coupe could look like.
With that said, are you digging it?
According to BMW insider, Scott26:
To extend the M6 Gran Coupe further from the M5 which was always BMW's High performance four door. The new BMW M6 Gran Coupe will spearhead more power taking the power of the engine to 580BHP through the 7 Speed M-DCT.
Originally intended but dialed back for the M5 due to the conception of the Gran Coupe , Gran Coupe will be the flagship M model. BMW M6 Gran Coupe will also bring some performance related technology such as Carbon Ceramic brake discs and exclusive wheel options.
M6 Gran Coupe will also identify a unique approach to performance inspired luxury in conjunction with the BMW Individual department. Including exclusive Carbon Trim, and Uniquely trimmed individual sports seats with two tone trim. To enhance the new 4dr Coupe's sporting 4 passenger interior that continues the overall sportiness of the 6er interior but extends the design further onto the rear doors and through the rear passenger compartment....
