I'll never forget a life lesson preached to me by a basketball coach.
At the time I was playing for an upcoming AAU team and we had finally been invited to play in one of the nation's biggest basketball tournaments. NBA scouts, the most well-known college coaches and anyone who was anyone would be there. After going to the event and some teammates made some poor choices I recall what the team's coach said: "Be careful what you wish for, you may just get it."
That seems to be the case with the U,K.'s BBC. After years of Jeremy Clarkson creating problems with his words, the BBC finally gave him the axe after an incident with a Top Gear producer. This led to the trio leaving and moving on with Amazon.
The Beeb then decided that it would be best to hire Chris Evans to take over Top Gear and start anew. The only problem is that the situation seems to have turned into a major cluster_ _ _ _.
According to the latest reports, it seems like the BBC has bit of more than it can chew and the world-renowned series may not even get off the ground.
