Though Lamborghini has a helluva project on its hands trying to replace the most successful Lamborghini ever produced, the Gallardo, it's time to see just what it has up its sleeve. We have seen some heavily camouflaged images of the upcoming Cabrera but these latest shots are easily the BEST yet.

That's because we're seeing more exterior details and even a couple snaps of the interior are showing us things we never thought we'd see.

From my perspective it seems that Lamborghini is looking to produce something that has a little bit of a throwback look to it — check out those slats on the rear window — but also injects a lot of freshness into the brand. With FULL LED headlights and a thin strip for taillights, it will definitely be an interesting step in terms of design but the really intriguing bits come into play on the vehicle's side profile.

Check out what Lamborghini did with the air intake behind the front doors and also that intake near the side sills. Looks like this puppy will need to BREATHE quite a bit.

...You see, the Cabrera is the car that replaces the most successful Lambo ever made, the V10 that people who weren't billionaires could still afford to buy and maybe even drive on an everyday basis. By the time the Gallardo goes out of production, it will have lived through a decade of production and tens of versions and special editions.

Big shoes to fill? You bet! But the Cabrera brings new toys to the supercar game. It seems the car will have full-LED headlights. As these new spy photos reveal, the Cabrera also has some crazy new interior elements...
