Well, that didn’t take too long, did it?

As we’ve been reporting for quite some time, Volkswagen has been really slow to the punch to deliver a full-size, seven-seater sport-utility vehicle.

In fact, we reckon that this has been a huge opportunity cost for the German manufacture of “the people’s car.”

And now given the potential for a serious hit to its brand equity — for years to come — thanks to dieselgate, it seems that the company may be delivering its product too late. Regardless, it’s on its way and we’ve spotted it numerous times during developmental testing abroad as well as in The States.

Although Agent 009 posted a story about these leaked photos earlier, I wanted to bring you ALL of the spy shots nabbed at what appears to be a Volkswagen facility. For the first time we’re seeing this SUV from the front and back. In addition, check out the interior.

It’s not too too far off from the CrossBlue Concept, huh?
