We've been waiting for the all-new Porsche 911 GT3 RS for a little bit now.

We've seen the vehicle undergoing development for approximately eight months and it seems like every single time we get a new series of shots or video footage from the Nürburgring there's something very interesting going on.

This time the photographer — a civilian — got REALLY up close and personal to the test cars. It seems like the engineers didn't seem to care, either! If this were a BMW engineer he'd probably get yelled at and chased!

In these shots, check out the little details:

- Check out the intake from the 991 Turbo/Turbo S — we don't think it's a hint at forced induction but rather for better cooling a la Porsche's proper race cars
- Full roll cage — most likely not available for street cars in The States but you never know
- 918 seats with Alcantara inserts — we can confirm this is the GT3 RS as the embossing on the seats are a dead giveaway
