Though the all-new Range Rover Sport was just debuted at the 2013 New York Auto Show, it appears that the boys and girls from the U.K. have something a bit spicier up their sleeves.
Snapped working its way around a track was a fully camouflaged Range Rover Sport that looked even MORE sporty. Hmm, what could this mean?
Speculation is pointing to an RS a la Jaguar's RS vehicles.
As you can see the vehicle clearly has larger air intakes in its front valence, which is a pretty good indicator this baby is going to need to BREATHE. Since Jaguar Land Rover seems pretty hopped up on supercharging their motors, it's a pretty educated guess that Range Rover would strap on a larger supercharger and let 'er rip.
How much further they'll want to take it is the million dollar question. If I had to put a target on it, I'd wager they'll want to dial it up to around the 600 horsepower mark but reality will keep it more on track for 550 ponies to keep it in line with its Jaguar counterparts.
