Since the launch of the all-new Mercedes-Benz E-Class we've been keeping an eye out for other variants. As of now we're still waiting on several.

That would include:

- The E-Class Coupe
- The Mercedes-AMG E63
- The E-Class Convertible

Turns out that our friends across the pond in Germany have snapped one of the above. Now seen for the first time without heavy camouflage is the next-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe.

While we don't think there's any real surprise here, we are checking out the finer details and two things stick out to me.

First, what is up with the fake honeycomb grille on the front clip? Hopefully this is only on the E300 coupe because this looks like a Volkswagen/Audi move. Simply put, it appears cheap and silly.

Secondly, scope out the E-Class Coupe's C-Pillar. If I am not mistaken, it appears that the fixed rear window may make its second appearance. Although there's nothing quite like B-Pillarless motoring, I think I'd prefer that over the fixed rear window.
