We've always been big fans of showing you all-new production vehicles in a variety of forms. First typically come the studio shots. Then some professional video. Next comes the real-life photos at an auto show. Following that may be some on street images snapped by an amateur or if we get lucky. Last, but not least are the videos of development cars or press vehicles.

Thankfully, someone abroad has gotten the chance to video the all-new Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class sport-utility vehicle as it sat in a parking spot. From what I can tell, it appears to be a developmental, R&D car that has had its camouflage removed.

Although we've bombarded you with plenty of studio shots, it's good to see it in video form.

As we noted in another post this week, video can help or hurt a vehicle's impression on potential buyers. The all-new Audi Q7 has certainly been an interesting vehicle to watch.

We're looking forward to seeing the GLE and Q7 at this year's 2015 Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS)!
