When people think of Porsche, they probably have an image of the iconic 911 pop into their mind. It is easily one of the most recognizable products available in the automotive market right now, aside from the Jeep Wrangler. Of course if it weren't for models like the Cayenne and Panamera there wouldn't be a 911.

People tend to forget that when they complain about a brand being diluted.

When the Panamera was first introduced, it truly changed the expectations of what owners of large luxury sedans desired. While the Panamera doesn't perform like a 911, it certainly doesn't move around like a Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

As the Panamera was introduced in the States for the 2010 model year, it's time that it gets a full do over. Not only will this bring it more in line with cars like the super luxurious S-Class, it will also be an opportunity for the company to do what it does best and make the Panamera even more fast and capable around a track.
