Paris turned in a lot of surprises this year. The manufacturers spared no expense in bringing their latest greatest offerings to the rotating tables of Paris in an effort to excite the minds of people everywhere.
Opinions of course varied, but here are some of the highlights from Paris, a virtual best of the best.
Agent 001 has done a tremendous job of documenting the happenings in Paris, and this list is no exception to the work he has done to bring the best coverage to you.
The Audi A1 is a great looking car that would sell extremely well in the US market. Equipped with a typically high quality Audi interior, this small car will expose even more customers to the Audi way of life.
My personal favorite is this sedan from Peugeot. If ever an argument can be made for bringing French cars to the USA, this sedan should lead the charge as proof of a product line which would sell in droves.
The new BMW 7-series is beautiful. I can't wait to get a chance to drive this new sedan from BMW, and if it looks even half as good in person as in pictures, BMW has a tremendous hit on their hands.
Alfa Romeo has made it clear that the USA is their next market, and the MiTo is scheduled to arrive here shortly. This car has the potential to expose a whole lot of people to Italian cars making converts in the process.
The Lamborghini Estoque should win best in show, period. This sedan rocked the super sedan world, and is poised to take a big chunk out of Panamera and Rapide sales.
These are my handpicked selections of cars I would consider to be best in show.
