Too Hot Too Handle? LF-A Protoype Suffers Engine Fire At Nurburgring 24 Hour Race

Check out Lexus' hot LF-A prototype as things get just a bit too hot to handle at Nurburgring 24 Hour Race last weekend.

At some point in the grueling race the LF-A experienced a fire in the engine compartment which temporarily sidelined the contender at some point.  According to the final results the LF-A did complete the race albeit in 87th place.

Some days you just can't win for losing



Lets hope the street versions of this long awaited halo car don't suffer similar issues.
