When it comes to the 1980s, it was an interesting decade. There was a lot of excess, Wall Street ruled the world then lost it all, and cocaine was the drug of choice. The movies from the time period are laughable now but, my God, there are some serious classics.

Ferris Bueller, anyone? Anyone?

Much like the movie scene, the cars were completely ridiculous yet intoxicating. In my opinion there isn't a better example of that than the Ferrari Testarossa. Named after one of the most iconic Ferraris ever made, it had big shoes to fill, but it delivered in its own special way.

With its side strakes, wide rear end and flat V12 motor, it was undoubtedly unique.

For a supercar, the Testarossa deserves much more respect than it garners. Its beauty has been overlooked by some in favor of the Countach. Now discounted to a fraction of its original price, it waits humbly for a return to grace.

Vintage car collector Joe Ventura waits along with it. In the meantime, he's lucky enough to live daily with this beautiful redhead.
