I think if one were to create a list of "cool" cars, there's no doubt that the 1960s Chevrolet Camaro would be on there. The look, the sound and everything about it was just so right. AND, it's still right!
Personally speaking, one of my favorite memories was watching Better Off Dead and seeing Lane's — played by John Cusack — 1967 Camaro making little cameos. Now that was a good flick.
Anyway, the reason you're here is to see what Jay Leno and Tim Allen were up to. As the trend seems to further cement itself, it's interesting to see yet another comedian that's a gearhead. Between Leno, Jerry Seinfeld and Allen you essentially have the best of all worlds — vintage, American muscle and German's finest.
That said, in this episode of Jay Leno's Garage, Allen shows Leno his 1968 Camaro that has ALL the right little touches that would make any car guy turn and say "well done."
