WHO On Earth REALLY Thinks Deep Down Obama Can Save Detroit?

As I was perusing the comments I noticed one from silver1 that said "OBAMA SAVE DETROIT!!!! PLEASE!".

One of his soundbytes was that if he is elected to office we will lead the way in PRODUCING AND BUILDING the future high efficiency vehicles in America.

So after absorbing that readers comment I began to realize that there are people who actually BELIEVE Obama or Pelosi can save Detroit and the USA auto industry.

My question to those people is... "Are you absolutely out of your minds?"

No one, not Obama, Pelosi, McCain, Palin, Biden, Frank, Romney can SAVE Detroit.

The ONLY thing that can save it (that is assuming that IS savable) is lots of customers with expendable cash BUYING their cars.

GM they said they are a month or a few months away from game over.

So how will ANOTHER bailout help?

And how long does the bailout have to go on?

Does the USA have 5 years of cash reserves to help GM and others weather this storm that won't be ending very soon?

So the question I have is do you think they should bail them out and if they do will it work and why?

Scary times...

And by the way, how about that order of pork they are implying has to go into this deal for it to go through!
