You know, some things you just have to see to believe.

There's a couple things wrong with the Instagram post shared by Car and Driver. First, it features a black, street-parked C8 2020 Chevrolet Corvette in the snow. First demerit.

Second, this specific Corvette is noteworthy since its wheels and tires have been stolen. Even worse, the car was left on cinderblocks and its ass-end is resting on the ground. Seriously. Second demerit.

To add insult to injury, this is in General Motors' hometown, Detroit. According to reports the vehicle was parked in its West Village neighborhood.

As the all-new Corvette has yet to hit dealerships, we're thinking this is a GM executives' personal ride. I'd hate to have to make that phone call. Yikes.
