After a slow 2012 for new products, Kia will be back on the gas in 2013.

A redesigned Forte compact sedan will be launched in January, followed by a five-door hatchback and a coupe by next summer. The upscale Cadenza sedan arrives at Kia's U.S. dealerships next summer.

A rear-wheel-drive flagship sedan, known as the K9 in South Korea and the Quoris in overseas markets, arrives stateside for the 2015 model year.

This is going to take the wind out of the Japanese. Of course so do the US manufacturers, but with Honda, Subaru, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsu, Suzuki and Mazda relatively undifferentiated (at least in the US market), I predict consolidation will occur with one or more of these, and possibly include a US maker in the process.

So KIA is going to introduce their 5series clone and the above car looks like a Civic clone (the one that everyone says is boring because it doesn't have cheap written all over it). That's pretty dirty of BMW to copy this car 3 years before it came out. Dirty Germans, and they have the nerve to not sell it at a loss too.

If American consumer loyalty was a product, it would be on sale for 100% off.

...Dont be fooled! We're not going back to the nineties! The Koreans are not the Japanese and Hyundai will not do what Toyota/Lexus did back then as Agent 009 would have you to believe. However I do believe Hyundai will keep pace with Toyota's other rivals which is attainable for them in this current and future age. It is what it is! I think at some point in the race VW may, somewhere in the future after Akio Toyoda's reign, surpass Toyota in sales....But I would'nt hold my breath on it. You're all about to see just how relentless those Japanese really are, namely Toyota Motor Corp. Who's going to suffer the most you (Agent009) ask? You better know it wont be Toyota!
