What you see here is the original 1965 prototype and press demonstrator Lotus Elan, which recently underwent a 28-month nut and bolt restoration by Lotus enthusiast and historian Nick Blunsden. Some specs on this car are very special such as the unique headlamp switches and rear compartment access, which Colin Chapman himself specified for his Golf clubs. Lotus supplied a new chassis for this concours restoration.....
