In a recent survey conducted by the publication Auto Bild, Audi remained one of the top placers with two first places and one second place in the Auto Bild Design Award, making the Audi brand one of the most successful brands.
For the category under ‘SUVs, Vans and All-wheel Drive Vehicles’ the readers chose the Audi A4 Allroad Quattro, while for the category ‘Study and Concept Cars’ the Audi Sportback concept was chosen as the number one pick. In addition, the Audi A5 Cabriolet got second place in the ‘Coupes and Convertibles’ category. The poll was participated in by about 100,000 readers and 83 cars in a total of five categories. Audi has been making the short list of winners since 2006 since the magazine began awarding these honors and this year is the fourth time that it did so. The A4 allroad quattro got first place in the ‘Off-road vehicles and SUVs’ category this year with a significant margin of 44.7 percent of readers favoring the brand new Audi model in contrast to only 21.4 percent for the second placer.
