Yesterday, the Spies received a couple of peculiar e-mails from Lotus' public relations team. We figured we'd keep our lips sealed but it appears that a few publications have posted the secret news.
If no one else cares, why should we?
Leaked thanks to a couple of public relations officials at Lotus, it appears that there will be a couple of new Evoras to bow at the 2010 Paris Motor Show; the Evora S and Evora Auto.
Aside from that fact, we have a new question for the Spies:
When showing the e-mails to a colleague she replied "Oh c'mon! That's totally a set up!"
Do you agree? Is this e-mail "leak" a little too coincidental?

Ahead of the official debut the first details of two new Lotus sports cars have leaked into the world. The information includes the release of the Lotus Evora S and Evora Auto at the Paris Motor Show, starting at the end of September. The info was accidentally revealed via an e-mail from the group PR manager from Lotus and send to all media contacts around the world.
The mail includes information about two new cars alongside some “other new car(s)” not yet announced. Quote: “let’s maintain the mystery for now!” Furthermore, the PR manager states that he has driven both prototypes and they are “sensational”. He continues telling “us” that the S will be ready for media drives almost straight after Paris, in the US this will take place early next year...

Lotus will take the wraps off a range-topping supercharged S variant of the Evora at the Paris motor show.
The Lotus Evora S, spied here on the first day of a three-day test at the Nurburgring, will be the most hardcore version of the Evora yet. A supercharger will be fitted to the base car’s Toyota-sourced 3.5-litre V6 engine to boost power to in excess of 350bhp and produce more than 300lb ft of torque...
