#SEMAShow: Seen HERE FIRST! Jeep Shows Us The Potential Of A MOPAR-Modded Jeep Renegade

Two products that have taken a lot of flak in the Chrysler Group lineup are the Jeep Cherokee and the all-new Renegade. With both products commentators dismissed their looks and questioned just how true to the Jeep brand they are.

Well, we saw how all that harsh criticism played out with the Cherokee. While they were eager to print stories damning its exterior styling, we are seeing an awfully large amount of them in our neighbors' driveways.

So given the err of critics' thoughts, we're inclined to believe that the all-new Renegade will have some legs when it comes to sales. People want the ruggedness of a jeep in a friendly compact package. And from what we've seen the Renegade looks like fun.

While we can't say with certainty if Jeep will leverage MOPAR to make the Renegade a fun and highly personalized ride, we will say that it's looking that way. That's because at the 2014 SEMA Show, Jeep was more than happy to show off not one, but TWO Renegades that have been given the MOPAR treatment.
