Tuner Car Time: Novitec Rosso Ferrari F430

So how much hotness and aerodynamics can you give the Ferrari F430? Well, Novitec Rosso, a tuner company that specializes in tuning Italian sports cars, recently got their hands on the Ferrari F430, and gave it an aero kit that not only looks appealing but reduces drag and lift. The Novitec Rosso package for the Ferrari F430 includes rear skirt, side skirts, a front spoiler and a clear plastic engine cover. The package is also available in carbon to reduce weight.

pointless...what a waste of money

the F430 is engineered and designed flawlessly and feels comfortable at 180 mph, what more do you need?

are there really ferrari owners out there who think that they don't draw enough attention by driving a stock F430 and they need this piece of junk? Please...

when you fork over 250-300K for one of the most impressive machines out there...

I just think "pimping" out exotics is a waste of money...

a) you're not improving on the engineering of the car
b) Ferrari is one of the few automakers whose product has been known to APPRECIATE after purchase.

Most people looking to buy a Ferrari are not tuners and don't want a car that has been altered to look like the batmobile. Yeah, if you're 22 and you want to buy a Ferrari, maybe this would turn you on, but otherwise, save the kits and tuner parts for BMW, Toyota, Audi, etc....not the exotics.

what i meant by point "b)" is that by adding certain aftermarket parts to your ferrari, you can increase the depreciation rate or hurt the appreciation of the car.

It's personal preference. Some people who can afford these cars could care less if it depreciates the value of the vehicle. I see no problem in modifying and exotic when done tastefully.

Check the link. The engineering and design that went into this is amazing and extensive. This is not some "pimped out" body kit.

I usualyy dont agree with modding cars, especially a ferrari, but this is very nice..I mean if two F430s pulled up, and one of them had this kit on, it would by far take the most attention..

It's not overdone. However I question the person's objective when they add parts like this to an already fast and car that is simply EPIC!.

Money is only in the hands of the handler and how he handles his money with his Ferrari is his choice and his choice only. If a man wants to soop his F430 let him be. It only shows that he has deeper pockets and more chump change to blow away.
