Seoul, South Korea commutes are pretty bad.
Too many cars.
I've heard many things about the horrid driving in China, India, and Mexico.

Phillipenes has crappy traffic too.

Most dangerous commute in my eyes is anything along the Northern coastline of the Mediterranean. Yikes!
