Could this be the new Sentra SE-R?
Spied shots of the upcoming Sentra SE-R performance compact sedan have been caught. The thing is, I’m not sure if it really is the SE-R. By the looks of it, it could be. The photos show new wheels and tinted headlights. As well, I know that the previous SE-R carries bright colors, hence the bright yellow.

Yellow Sentras didn't look good in the past and they still don't look good now.

Obviously.

I hate the Sentra. The old one was boring, the new one is waaaaaaay overstyled. They tried to give it a Civic-esque chunky profile, and ruined it. Ugh!

That may very well be the nicest Nissan I have ever seen.

You know, you give Mercedes a bad name with that comment. I mean, you love Mercedes, and this Sentra. That means that you have bad taste which means that Mercedes is for people with bad taste.

The outgoing Altima SE-R is the better design still.

Wow, can you say horribly generic?

How do we even know it's a Nissan? With a design that stale, it could be any number of cars.

Well...Nissan is trying to gain it spot in the market, they are trying to position themselves as a major player again. The new '07 Altima is good looking, it will also come with a coupe version to directly compete with the Accord coupe and the Camry Solara. Now this new Sentra SE-R is a direct competitor to the Civic Si and Corolla SE-R as well, but personally I think the Civic looks better than both (just my personal opinion).

It looks like it's riding really high...

It's because it's so chunky. High beltline and roofline + short length = ugly brick.
