Chrysler Reveals New Sebring Cabrio!
The new Sebring Cabrio has been announced and will go on sale in the UK at the end of 2007! The retractable hard top allows the Sebring Cabrio to fully stow in less than 30 seconds. The operation of the hard top can be controlled via the key fob. To fit the hard top, the Sebring Cabrio is longer by 3 inches than the sedan.

Wow the convertible is actually an interesting design - unlike the "mongrel" design cues of the Sebring sedan. If it is priced below US$30,000 it should beat the cheap VW and Pontiac hard-top convertibles.

My only concern is how many fleet sales will Chrysler have, will they swamp Florida and California with rental versions of this convertible, and destroy the private market?

I had the Original 1996 Sebring convertible JXi and loved it. I drewled over the bochure waiting for my car to be made and delivered.

Sorry but this thing in ugle as sin....its truely a shame.

It really does look much better as a Cabriolet. What makes the sedan so atrocious is the rear deck. It's way too short and stubby, making it look like an overstyled hatch. Almost like a Chevy Malibu Maxx, which is discontinued this year I think. Noone bought it because it was so ugly.

It looks better with the top down, but with the top up it looks UGLY.
