Spy Shots: Mercedes GLK Spotted Again

These new spy shots give a lot of hint as to what the Mercedes GLK will look like. Seems to take some styling of the new Mercedes SUV line, keeping sharp edges and a boxy look. The tailights in these shots seem to be sticking out instead of being embedded into the body which we think are just a camouflage. Engine wise you can expect a base model of 1.8 liter engine producing 184 horsepower, along with a variants of V6 engines producing 204 to 272 horsepower. Mercedes may even add diesel engines.

Some of these crossovers are sure fugly, this one is no exception. The back hatch looks inspired by an AMC Gremlin.

It looks just like any other Mercedes SUV... no design. Yawn.

BMW, Audi, even Lexus SUVs are much more interesting.
