Video: LA Auto Show: The weirdest new Acura in history?

I used to be into concept cars, but they do nothing for me anymore.

I only care about production models.

This design is embarrassing. I agree, unless they're a near production concept, they really do not matter. The only thing that I hope they take from this and translate into a production car is what appears to be a very long wheelbase. I've always liked that design concept ala BMW.

not really. The RDX concept is arguably uglier.

wow that car is useless, great use of millions of dollars....awesome thanks acura. Hopefully they'll be able to pawn that crap and help feed some hungry people instead.

Concept or not, that car is an abomination. The front end of that thing is just horrible - looks like it's been cut with a table saw and glued back together. They appear to have taken every BMW styling mistake (granted, BMW has some very good design ideas) and thrown them into a blender. The NSX concept from a few years ago was an absolute jaw-dropper, but this is just embarrassing.

My friend and I are always "discussing" his TL and my G35. I sent him pictures telling him how ugly this thing is, and he had no response. Acura hit a homerun for the segment with the TL, and the TSX and RDX are nice cars. But for as many things they do right, they do two awful things. The RL is also a rolling disaster. What kind of company intends to put a V10 in its upcoming supercar, but despite the dealers' screaming, will make a flagship sedan that's smaller inside than the TL and doesn't have an available V8?
