Maserati FINALLY releases automatic Quattroporte

Maserati has admitted that its DuoSelect gearbox was less than perfect by finally releasing a QP based on a German ZF 6-speed gearbox. Finally, the mechanicals live up to the looks.

Interestingly designed shifter. I like it.

A friend of mine who has the QP has the DuoSelect, and the lever broke off on the night they bought it.

Yes, it's beautiful, just oozing with sex appeal.

The interior ain't bad at all, but the engine, and that intoxicating exhaust note, are its main sell-points.
