When a car is build with care like that how can there be a reliability issue?

That Mini is perfect.

Pretty fascinating, but I will never get those 6 minutes and 57 seconds back. Ever.

If you were a daily commuter you wouldn't worry about the 6 minutes 57 seconds. From what the video shows, the people seem to be very careful with their work and that shows the quality that's put into a MINI. That's some impressive stuff.

I remember in October, we drove past the BMW Plant in Oxford, UK and we saw an ordinary blue Mini. I then noticed the new rear lights and realised that it was a new one. For some weird reason, the badge was covered in tape. OH NO! I wonder what that is......lol.

Fascinating video. Sadly, quality issues are not solely the cause of improper assembly. Things like materials used, faulty materials from other suppliers, design are also causes. American auto makers have this reputation of Monday cars and friday cars which are more prone to defects. Have you guys ever heard about this?
