Gay and straight cars named in online magazine-Is your car stereo-typed?

BMW 3-Series is a gay car.

I find it odd the Jetta is listed under the straight car category. Although, maybe I just consider it to be a "chick car".

The gayest car ever is the Nissan Maxima 2000, color = white, and with a front plate that says "M2M FEST".

Those stats are from NZ.. A4, 3 Series, Jetta, C Class are all "gay" vehicles.. Straight vehicles would be Mustang, F150, and I dunno something else that will fall apart at 50,000 miles ;)

S4, I remember BMW530 (or J. Cohen as his name seemed to be) replying to our questions. A couple of hours later, I visit the thread the again and it seems his posts were deleted.

I did notice that his name was "J. Cohen" by the pictures. He seemd like a nice guy. I, too, am confused as to why he was kicked off. I've seen no posts by the name "CL550" at all. None.

I think Mr. Cohen was being a little too honest at times, especially in regards to some of the trolls on this site. Looks like he got booted for standing up to them!

Well the original content came from an alternate lifestyle news source. So if you are offended then you might want to take it up with them. They are the ones who classified the genders and the vehicles.

I don't campaign for gay rights, but I find this classification of "gay car/ straight car" to be utterly offensive towards homosexuals and lesbians. I won't be taking this up with this magazine, but I just find this pathetic.

being gay is not a choice. i find it offensive to hear someone say that i 'choose' to be gay. why would anyone choose to be a part of the last acceptable prejudice in the US.

i think all of you guys would be surprised to drive through a parking lot in a gay part of town. gays tend to be more informed buyers...we do our research. there are always lots of Hondas, Toyotas, VWs, Audi, BMW, MB and lots of big trucks. my partner drives an 06 Chevy silverado.
