2008 Alfa Romeo Junior Production Confirmed
Fiat has announced that the new 2008 Alfa Romeo Junior will be produced at the Turinese plant in Mirafiori. The 2008 Alfa Romeo Junior is based on the Fiat Grande Punto and is expected to have a 1.8 liter four-cylinder turbo engine that will push 230 horsepower. Production will start in the first few months of 2008. The car is expected to compete with the Golf GTI, BMW 1 Series and Audi’s Shooting Brake.

My bad, commented before reading or looking at the other pic. from the front it looked like a coupe. I guess this car is a hatch. Good looking though.

Very...unique looking. At first I laughed at it, but the more I look at it, the more it grows on me. Here's hoping they'll make good on their claims to start producing cars for the US market.
